We undertake assignments as public counsel within LVU, LVM and LPT.
In these cases, we can represent the person who is the subject of the authorities’ actions, whereby we bring the person taken to court but also handle other contacts with the authorities and ensure that the rights and opportunities taken care of the person are safeguarded.
Everyone at the law firm undertakes assignments as public counsel within LVU, LVM and LPT.
The legal cost for a public counsel is reimbursed by the State.
