If you do not have legal protection insurance, you may be entitled to legal aid. Legal aid is granted by the court. The costs are then covered by the state, and you only pay a legal aid fee of between 2-40%.
For the conditions for legal aid to be met, your financial documentation must not exceed SEK 260,000 kr/year and that you have had one hour of legal advice. The first hour you must pay for yourself. We can then help you to apply for legal aid.
