Disa Kongstad studied and received her law degree at Stockholm University in 2021, with special courses in the rights of the child, legal psychology and human rights. During her studies, she worked and practiced with attorney Gunilla Olsson från 2018 – 2021. She wrote her essay on children’s wishes and the right to be heard in custody disputes after the Convention on the Rights of the Child’s incorporation into Swedish law.
After her studies, Disa Kongstad has worked as an associate for attorney Gunilla Olsson with a special focus on family law and criminal cases.
Disa Kongstad has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2024. She is a driven and committed attorney who undertakes assignments in all of the firms practice areas.
